Open Classes

London City Ballet are excited to be holding open ballet classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings at our home in Angel, Islington

Classes will be taught by Artistic Director, Christopher Marney or Rehearsal Director, Kate Lyons

Repertoire Workshop

This one-day workshop is designed for professional dancers, current dance students and those who want to expand their experience of learning neo-classical choreography.  

In this session, a 90-minute ballet class will be taught by Artistic Director Christopher Marney and further classical coaching by Rehearsal Director Kate Lyons. 

Following this, repertoire from next season will be taught and coached. This choreography can be done on pointe or on flat by all, some presented as solo material and some will be staged in groups. 

The workshop is perfect for experiencing new repertoire, practicing the art of learning choreographic phrases at an audition as well as meeting and working with new dancers and artistic staff outside of your usual setting.
