London City Ballet Auditions
London City Ballet, under the artistic directorship of Christopher Marney, is seeking exceptional dancers for its 2026 season
We require dancers to perform in a range of classical and modern repertoire plus new creations for a UK & International tour and encourage dancers at all stages of their career to apply
Applicants should demonstrate proven artistry and an interest in narrative dance. They should be motivated to work as an important part of a small team and have particular interest in touring and performing.
Auditions (by invitation) will be held in Paris and London
Excellent pointe work and strong partnering skills are essential, as well as an assured technique and training in classical ballet.
Audition is strictly in person. Audition via company class or video only is not possible.
Contract dates: May – December 2026 ( With an option to renew in future seasons)
Application deadline: Tuesday 10th February 2026
Paris audition – March 11th 2026 (ballet class) and a selected recall on March 12th 2026 (ballet class and repertoire). It is essential applicants are available for both days if invited.
London audition – March 14th 2026 (ballet class) and selected recall on March 15th 2026 (ballet class and repertoire). It is essential applicants are available for both days if invited.
